Bonjour, brièvement, j'me présente
J'ai soixante-six ans, mes quatre enfants sont des adultes et je vais bientôt être mamie pour la troisième fois.
Mifasol et moi sommes à la retraite dans une commune attenant à une ville moyenne où il fait bon vivre, dans l'ouest de la France.
Je suis plutôt hypersensible, aimant la nature, la spiritualité, la culture, la réflexion... mais aussi l'agréable compagnie et le partage.
Face à l'anxiété qui m'envahit souvent, j'ai décidé de ne pas faire l'autruche et de l'explorer de multiples manières, pour rejoindre ma vraie (et belle) personnalité qui se cache encore à proximité, derrière quelques arbres ou sous quelques pierres.
Comme j'aime écrire, j'ai pensé "Un blog, pourquoi pas ?". Tout de suite, ce projet m'a donné de la joie et a réveillé des énergies qui sommeillaient. Car il ne s'agit pas de faire étalage des raisons de mon anxiété, mais d'ouvrir des portes, d'avancer sur des sentiers, connus ou inconnus et de partager mes p'tits bonheurs quotidiens, mes erreurs, mes remises en question et mon goût de la simplicité, du beau, du vivant... Je n'ose écrire du vrai, car chacun(e) a son approche et je souhaite rester modeste avec mon vécu, sans le gonfler, sans le minimiser non plus.
